DONATE TO THE GOP
Posted on 31st March 2008 by BuffoonThe Democrat money machine shows no signs of slowing down.
For the month of February, Senator Hillary Clinton raised $35 million — and Barack Obama set a single-month fundraising record by raking in more than $55 million.
The left-wing establishment — Big Labor, Trial Lawyers, Hollywood elitists and MoveOn.org — has pledged to spend at least $500 million to defeat Republicans and elect a liberal Democrat president. One union head has said, "Losing is not an option, so money is not an object."
These leftist special interests expect payback in the form of passing their tax-and-spend, ultraliberal agenda if the Democrats seize complete control of the government.
We can overcome the Democrats’ mountains of campaign cash and elect a Republican president and Congress committed to lower taxes, a strong national defense, limited government and individual freedom. But we need your help to do it.
Please make a secure online contribution of $1,000, $500, $250, $100, $50 or $25 to help the RNC provide all our Republican candidates — from the Courthouse to the White House — with the resources they need to win.
The RNC is the ONLY Party committee permitted by law to directly support our Republican presidential nominee. The RNC also provides more financial assistance and campaign services to Republican candidates than any other Party organization.
Your generous support of the RNC is vital if we are to counter hundreds of millions of dollars Democrats and liberal special interests will spend to buy their way into power.
That’s why I hope you will take a moment right now to make a secure online contribution of $1,000, $500, $250, $100, $50 or $25 to help fully fund the campaign programs and spread our message of reform and renewal to voters. Thank you.
Best Wishes,
Robert M. "Mike" Duncan
Chairman, Republican National Committee
P.S. Democrats and left-wing special interest groups are raising hundreds of millions of dollars to put a liberal like Senator Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama in the White House and expand their majorities in Congress. Please make an urgent online campaign contribution of $1,000, $500, $250, $100, $50 or $25 to the RNC today to support our candidates up and down the ticket. Thank you.
I’ve asked that the RNC stop sending me that stuff. I have a policy now to give only to candidates. The GOP leadership has gone downhill since Ed Gillespie left, in my opinion. It’s hard to get fired up to give just because the Democrats are giving more. I want to give because the party of principles is acting on their principles.
I agree with your cynicism Belle but I am even more fearful of what will happen should one of the socialist get in office, so I do anything I can….
Hurry back now ya hear…
