THE SOCIALIST RE-DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

Ben Tanosborn writes:

… That existing government has not only permitted but promoted the ever-widening gap between haves (20%) and have-nots (80%), with serious wealth and income inequality.

… That existing government shows no concern for the well-being of the people as evidenced by the availability of healthcare, education and social welfare relative to other nations with similar or fewer resources.

… That existing government is responsible for instilling fear in the population, making terror the underlying reason for curtailing freedoms, spying or even lying to the people.

… That existing government maintains a military with a destructive capacity far in excess of that needed for self-defense; and to the detriment of public needs. And that such massive destructive capacity only serves to paint the United States as a coercive, imperialistic and terrorist nation.

That’s a small bit of his Re-Declaration of Independence.  Its actually very good and I couldn’t agree with him more,… kinda.  Given our present state of government and as divided as we are, I would surely love to see a "partitioning" of America.  Let the small group that wants to live in socialist serfdom live that way.  The rest of us can go back to being Americans.

I wonder how big a fence we’ll need to keep a liberal out?

NC sez: Really? What’s the proof of this outrageous statement? The “Progressives” want big government then they bitch about gov’t’s role in our lives! 80% have nots? LOL! What’s the definition of have not and have?

“… That existing government shows no concern for the well-being of the people as evidenced by the availability of healthcare, education and social welfare relative to other nations with similar or fewer resources.”

NC sez: This is so freakin’ laughable. Since when is it government’s concern to participate in people’s well being? The phrase “promote the general Welfare” stated in the Preamble does not mean government programs! It means to protect our God given un-a-LIEN-able Rights! Anyone wanting to take from “haves” to give to the so called “half nots” is legalized plunder! If someone is a have not they ought to take my advise and get off their lazy asses and WORK! I have a friend who was born with a serious birth defect. He has NO arms or legs and he owns his own business. He does just fine too, and it is because he lives in this wonderful country. God only knows what people like him live like in anti-freedom countries!

“… That existing government maintains a military with a destructive capacity far in excess of that needed for self-defense; and to the detriment of public needs. And that such massive destructive capacity only serves to paint the United States as a coercive, imperialistic and terrorist nation.”

NC sez: Gov’t programs such as welfare, free health care, free education, and all of the other crap we’re forced to pay for through stolen income has more destructive capability than our military. If anything is an imperialistic and terrorist system it is communism, nazism and islamism, not a Republic form of gov’t.

Whatever commie who wrote this dribble up sure never read why this Nation came into being. It wasn’t to take care of lazy ass bums who refuse to do anything for themselves! It was to provide a free country so one could do what ever they had to do to care for themselves! These whiny commies need to go live in Cooba for awhile so they can appreciate what they have here–sniveling, whiney brats!

Imagine if we could and then just watch what happens… I think its a great document and idea, but I don’t want any part in it, I just want to watch…

    Well,

I only read what is here, and I want nothing to do with any liberal’s idea on how to redefine and remake over America! It’s gone way too far now, and as a result we now have Islamonuts using these useful idiots to advance their cause!

America has two fronts in its war of survival: Anti-culturalists, and islamonuts using the anti-culturalists!

We’re in trouble, buddy, and if real Americans don’t wake up right now, we are going to see our daughters wearing hijabs on the streets of America to avoid getting gang raped by these “We own the World”, freaks!

I agree NC, thats why I like the idea of separating the states so much.
More than once a day I think to myself that we have already gone too far and all is lost….

remember the old song, “Send lawyers, guns and money”?

Anytime a government grants particular favors or gifts to only some citizens and not to others, it is practicing plunder of those citizens not so favored by such government largesse. This is the essence of socialism when it practices the Marxist doctrine of class warfare. The phrase, “to promote the general welfare”, takes no account of the identity of any person except that they be a lawful citizen. A just government practices only pure blind justice in protecting each citizens rights, without respect to the station or class of any person in the administration of its benefits. I would strongly recommend to you the short treatise, “The Law”, by Frederick Bastiat, for a very eloquent discussion of these critical issues. Everyone concerned about individual liberty and government power should read it, but especially socialists and progressives who truly believe in helping the “little guy” to advance in their condition of life.

Yes, Bastiat is an excellent source for understanding legalized plunder. It would probably take one two or three hours to read him. It’s short and to the point because Bastiat was dying when he wrote it and had to get it out quickly.

Also, I gave a 4th of July message about our Declaration on my radio show which can be heard here:

It’s right after the beautiful Johnny Cash song!
